A
tropical wave located about 750 miles east of the Windward Islands
remains disorganized. However...any development of this disturbance
should be slow to occur due to the proximity of dry air. It is moving
generally westward at 10 to 15 mph. This system has a low chance, 20
percent, of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours.
Else
where, tropical storm formation is not expected for the next 24
hours.
