Skies will be partly sunny with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be choppy at 2 to 4 feet . Winds will be NW at 10 to 15 mph during most of the day; decreasing in strength this afternoon and evening. Expect winds and seas to continue to moderate through Thursday.
There is a continuing chance of scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
