Again today, skies will be mostly sunny with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be choppy at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will be ESE to ENE at 20 to 25 mph. There is a slight chance of scattered showers.
A cold front has entered the NW Gulf of Mexico. Tonight it will be on a line from SE Louisiana to Tampico, Mexico. It is forecast to stall there and weaken into a stationary front.

The air temperatures will range from the high 70s (ºF) to the low to mid 80s (ºF) or 21ºC to 29ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 78 to 79ºF or 23 to 24ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
